As an avid reader, I often find myself trying to read while eating. This involves awkwardly propping my book against the cereal box, table centerpiece, etc. When reading in bed I prefer to lie on my side with the book supported on the bed next to me, but if my cat Isabella notices me she’ll promptly come and lie on top of my book, forcing me to read sitting up with her head in my lap and my book propped out of her reach on top of my knees. Needless to say, I’m in desperate need of a bookholder or two. (more…)
